Communication is an important and integral part of the successful work of any team. One of the most popular communication styles for the team is the form of questions and answers. This is because the manager or a team member will ask specific questions to another member of the same team and receive clear answers. Although there are other communication styles that are also effective, the type of questions and getting answers are more successful and convenient to work with.

For this style of question and listening to work, it is necessary to be able to ask specific questions, having received an answer to which the team will be able to achieve a particular goal. In addition, it is imperative to be able to listen to team members and consciously direct attention to what the interlocutor is saying. The ability to listen reduces the number of misunderstandings and contributes to successful communication (Minehart et al., 2022). The benefits of listening and asking a question begin from the moment the team is formed when it is necessary to unite effective specialists and continue throughout the work of the group.

In conclusion, by having a person ask the right questions and listen to what they are answered, the team will be able to achieve efficiency. It is important for the whole team to train in the skills of correctly posing a question and getting an answer to it. The ability to communicate effectively helps to avoid misunderstandings and conflicts, find solutions to complex issues faster, and work more productively. Effective communication begins with the ability to listen, be attentive throughout the conversation, and ask clarifying questions. Listening and asking questions skills should be practiced regularly and try to practice regularly.
