The Toyota Motors Corporation was chosen for the current analysis. The success of Toyota has been of constant interest to managers and businessmen around the world for many decades. One of the company’s greatest motivations to develop a sustainable business strategy is the ambitious goal to establish control over fifteen percent of the global auto market (Aenazi et al., 2021). Another motivation is the definite aim of the corporation to reduce vehicle production costs by replacing resources with more environmentally friendly ones (Aenazi et al., 2021). The motivation for a particular company’s strategy development directly depends on the company’s size (Hiroto, 2021). Toyota Motors establishes the global aims and motivations affecting the whole auto market and the society in general.

In a centralized company like Toyota, there are many problems in coordinating the activities of functional production departments. The company has developed an original mechanism to overcome such difficulties called functional assembly (Hiroto, 2021). This is a body that, while not having administrative power, nevertheless has a decisive role in coordinating all activities within the framework of a particular project (Hiroto, 2021). First of all, it concerns quality control and cost management. This monumental mechanism provides the senior managers with the opportunity to make more rational decisions involving cooperation. Based on this mechanism, it can be concluded that the substantial development business strategy is centered primarily on the group of managers. The C-Suite organization structure is implemented within the Toyota Motors organization (Aenazi et al., 2021). Even though the business owners set the direction of the strategies development, most of the motivation work depends on the functional assembly and other regulative bodies which senior executives represent.
