Background Information
The UWG is dedicated to enabling students, faculty, and staff to realize their full potential through academic engagement, professional development, and supportive services. Therefore, the MPA program conducts an annual survey to assess the students’ attitudes and preferences. Surveys are crucial in strategic planning among educational organizations (Zalat et al., 2021). This year’s survey serves the following objectives: improve students’ learning experience, assess their learning outcomes, assess the instructional quality of courses, assess the overall program quality, and identify student needs.
