The Junior Boards are for individuals in their late 20s and early 30s. The boards give individuals an opportunity to contribute to the mission of an organization. They also focus on approaches to certain projects and events of the organization (Khurana 27). The Junior Boards are relevant to bringing new skills and value to the specific organizations. They also present new experience to the company.

The formation of the Junior Boards is crucial for an organization. It helps the company develop an organizational culture. Many companies consider these Junior Boards effective in promoting their business. They also help provide quality services to the targeted customers.
