Introduction

Hiring practice is focused on evaluating resumes of applicants for essential requirements, which include review analytical skills besides academic credentials. In most cases, the process is systematic, and through an aptitude test, elimination of those lacking analytical skills is possible with minimal prejudice or biases. The main idea of a selection procedure is to assess information about applicants in order to determine their fitness for employment.

The current employee recruitment and selection at most companies in the entertainment industry is characterized by an effective and procedural system that is completed when the employee is fully integrated into the organization framework.

This paper attempts to profile 50 companies in the entertainment industry in terms of their business activities, physical location, contacts, website, and a number of employees. Each company is profiled independently with relations to business activities and location.
