Amy’s Bread Company is a relatively young company with low number of employees which stands before the great decision, whether to change the company and expand or to remain on the same level of production. Even though Amy has created a company which may be trusted, it has a number of difficulties. On the one hand, the strengths of the company have already been enumerated. They are top quality products and high value of trust to the organization from both customers and employees. On the other hand, the company has low turnaround that now affects the company negatively. Having high costs of labor and raw materials, the organization does not bring enough money for making an expansion of business possible. Absence of appropriate advertising is one more weakness of the company.

However, despite the disadvantages and difficulties the company faces, it reaches its objectives. Amy’s Bread Company objective is to satisfy the needs of the customers serving them with top quality bread produced from fresh ingredients. The key goal of the company still remains gaining income. The company mission is to make sure that eating its products people smile as tasty food is an inspiration for both body and spirit.

Further Actions of the Company

Amy has been working at the marker for a long period of time and its reputation has been stable and positive all this time. However, before making such a serious step as paying attention to wholesale by means of production expansion, Amy has to conduct a market analysis having assessed customers’ needs and competitors’ opportunities. Therefore, looking at the previous achievements of the company, it is possible to recommend Amy to expand its business to be able to deal with wholesale rather than simple retail.

Opportunities for Amy

Amy has to think about further company income rather than about complications changes may bring. It has always been impossible to expand business with temporary difficulties. It should also be mentioned that expanding its business, Amy is going to have an opportunity to serve its customers better as there are cases when all bread is sold at noon. Amy is going to have an opportunity to offer its products in other cities and may be even countries. Developed system of advertising and marketing opportunities may be useful for business. There are many devoted customers who may assist Amy in spreading information about her products if she decides to expand. Therefore, the future opportunities in case of expansion are positive and Amy should risk with the purpose to increase sales and be able to serve more customers.
