Every e-commerce endeavor that a business plans to have must have a strategic plan. One of the strategy elements in the planning template is having the business model and all the activities of the e-commerce platform. The planning template shall also offer the social media marketing plan for the business, which shall help know how the company will reach the target market. The ideas of affiliate marketing and Google analytics shall also be discussed in this section.of the strategy. The plan shall also reveal the search engine activities to ensure that the needed realists of optimization are achieved (Qin et al., 2014). It is the e-commerce template that shall provide the target market and the model of business that we shall be using. The other element of the strategy will be the e-commerce products themselves. The platform will offer users a chance to know the company’s products. It shall also provide the specific ways in which the products will satisfy the target market. The last element of the e-commerce strategy that we shall use is e-shop planning. In the e-shop planning, we shall specify all the requirements that pertain to the business that the company shall be conducting. It shall explain elements such as payment options, customer services, categories of products, the model of the industry in detail, and many other details. Also, the section shall describe the appearance of products and the various specifications that each of the products has. In general terms, it is the shop that will decently state how the business shall start its operations. It will specify the place of the customers and the owners of the business. The company’s customers will know the exact benefits they stand to gain by shopping in the industry.
