Creating a Personal Artistic Manifesto

Our “world is changing very fast” (Bryune 99). Every day comes with its own promises and challenges. We must move fast in order to achieve our goals. Modern developments and innovations are distracting many artists today. The important thing is embracing the power of art. Art will lose its original meaning if we do nothing. Modern artists are losing touch with their artwork.

They are no longer producing artworks that can entertain their audiences. They are trying hard in order to become rich and famous. Many composers and musicians have written their own philosophies. Many artists are unable to bring back the beauty and strength of art. Human beings have mechanized art than ever before. This is a major challenge affecting every artist. We must re-energize ourselves in order to take art where it belongs. The manifesto below will make it easier for every artist to make art meaningful than ever before.

Manifesto: Rules for Art

  1. Our greatest art lies in the past. Many works of art have presented the best aspects and strengths. They have attracted viewers and admirers from all corners of the world. We must re-examine the strengths of such works in order to produce the best masterpieces.
  2. Art should always be a calling. An artist “will succeed if he or she is motivated by internal love and passion” (Marinetti 3). True artists always focus on their works and not the benefits obtained from them.
  3. The changing economic and political times continue to threaten our works of art. Many artworks by great painters such as Leonardo da Vinci and Peter Rubens have gained much recognition across the world. Many artists are unable to trust their strengths and talents. Every artist must embrace new concepts such as passion and skill. These concepts will make it easier for them to produce magnificent works.
  4. The natural environment “must be the source of every work of art” (Bryune 102). The environment presents the best ideas and concepts for better artworks. Our artists “can use our world to produce new works of art because it is full of sceneries, landscapes, manmade structures, and skies” (Byrune 102). Human beings have also equipped the world with better sceneries and structures. Such sceneries are powerful ingredients towards producing the best works of art.
  5. Great works of art should be in our hands and bodies. This is my best knowledge towards a successful field of art. The power of mechanization cannot be underestimated. It has made it easier for individuals to produce new artworks at lower costs. This development continues to threaten the future of our art. Many “artists are no longer producing original artworks” (Bryune 99). The situation has resulted in many professionals. The same world has produced a small number of artists. This situation explains why every person should treat art as a meaningful practice that can change the future of our universe.
  6. Our society has a duty to encourage and promote art. New careers in our modern society have made art a tasteless subject. Such careers “are founded on education and professional achievement” (Bryune 104). Our children are no longer treating art as a meaningful talent. Art has become a dull career embraced by those who do not have a future. This situation has killed the morale of every upcoming artist. For instance, mechanized productions have overtaken every traditional form of art such as sculpturing and painting. I am encouraging every society to embrace art because it will always record our human history.
  7. Art must also have a purpose. True art delivers encourages the society to embrace the best values. It also “encourages people to exchange their ideas, criticize one another, and address the challenges affecting their societies” (Bryune 104). The practice will ensure every society is on the right path.
  8. The best thing is for every person to embrace pure art. We must support our upcoming artists. We should encourage them to produce new works of art that can entertain individuals from every part of the world. The society should present the best environment for these artists. The practice will make art meaningful than ever before. The powerful role of art should never be underestimated because it promises us good things.
  9. Art has made different communities prosperous and successful. Our world must embrace the new ideas and concepts in order to produce the best masterpieces. I am encouraging every artist to produce quality artworks without looking for riches. We should be ready to embrace the true spirit of art. We must be ready to produce natural pieces of art in order to make the field more admirable and meaningful.

My society will disagree with the above decision. The best thing is for every person to examine the dull future of our art. We can redeem our fate by looking back and making art what it used to be.

The Artwork

“The Last Supperby” Leonardo da Vinci

A good work of art must be natural and powerful. It must encourage people to remain appreciate one another. We should not mechanize our artworks. Every artist must be ready to embrace art because it unites human beings. This is what Leonardo da Vinci achieves in the above masterpiece.
