Individual difference is unique in the life of every person and the behavior of every person is different. It is from one’s childhood one has to study good manners and for that, the adults should take necessary actions. The childhood one is more mischievous. Through behavioral management, one can make a child the possessor of good behavior. “The ultimate goal of discipline/behavior management is to teach children self-discipline and an understanding of the consequences of their behavior.” (Behaviour management policy 2001, p.1). When one learns good qualities like obedience and self-dependent, he can understand himself and others too.

One of the most painful incidents in a child’s life is when he/she is bullied by someone. Bullying is considered as part5 of a mental disorder or behavioral problem. Bullying is a usual thing which one can see among the school children. The typical behaviors which I saw in the child who got bullied are:

  1. The victim of this bullying is physically weak and a soft-natured one.
  2. As he is physically weak he lacks the confidence that he is not able to do the things which the others do.
  3. The reason why he is bullied is that the other one is so stronger than him and he failed to prevent the other one.
  4. Recently this child is facing a mentally disturbed problem as his mother and father had got divorced. So he believes that he is alone.

The behaviors which I found in the other child who is dealing with a new baby in the family are:

  1. He always seems to be gloomy in class.
  2. He thinks that his mother does not love him and he is alone in this world.
  3. He lacks concentration in the class and he shows disinterest in his lessons.
  4. He always shows angry towards his parents and others. He dislikes everyone around him.
  5. He is not obeying anyone in the family or anyone in the school.

The management plans that can solve this problem:

  1. Giving support and counseling to the one who seems to be physically weak and by giving necessary counseling to the bully too.
  2. By Warning the child early can solve the problem.
  3. Assure the child that if they were facing any problem they can ask help from the parents or teachers and make sure that everyone around them was caring loving them.
  4. Through a good family background these attitudes of children can make a better one.
  5. The family and teachers should make sure that they love everyone equally.
  6. The parents should educate their children that how to behave with others and how to handle adverse situations. “Help the child to realize the consequences of his or her actions.” (Behaviour management policy 2001, p.2). If the child does a mischievous act, instead of punishing him/her, ask about the situation which made him/her do so.
  7. The children should be educated on what is good and what is bad and what are the measures which the students should prefer to have a positive attitude towards life. The children should be educated well about the possible obstacles that may come in their way, and the possible ways to overcome or face such situations.

In this era, it could be seen that one who does a minor mistake receives a big punishment. Often, one can see that when a misdeed takes place one will be punished out of chance and there is no significance for his justifying the facts and truths. The charge which is leveled against an innocent student will make him suffer though he is not at fault. Very often, those who do the crime will escape with the help of lies and false evidence, or even with their power. Thus, the fact is that those people who do the misdeeds do not get sufficient punishment; instead, those who are unaware of the misdeeds get punishment.
