Use of Parking Lot on Sundays
The relationship between your church and our business has been good. My clients and tenants are happy to be part of your church. We are always ready to help your church whenever there is a problem. Our corporation also supports the church’s agenda.
Your request to rent (and use) our parking lot on Sundays is a good idea. My tenants and I have scrutinized this request from all dimensions. We have also analyzed how the issue might affect our company’s insurance premium. After a lengthy analysis and discussion, we have noted that any attempt to allow your church to use our parking lot on Sundays might result in an increased insurance premium. We have also observed that the monies gained from the rent cannot cater to the insurance premium.
This situation explains why the policies of the insurance premium leave the company without an alternative. That being the case, the parking lot will only be available to our clients and tenants. The company has made its decision not to allow the church members to use our parking lot on Sundays. I am advising you to contact the owners of the buildings and schools near the church. Most of these facilities can offer the same service because their parking lots are usually available on Sundays.
Our company’s decision to turn down this suggestion is highly regretted. My institution will always strive to maintain and support the best relationship with your church. We will always play our role as stakeholders. We will continue to support the church’s objectives and goals.
Please be ready to contact me in the event of new suggestions, recommendations, or questions.
Best Regards.
