Reasons why anesthesiologist assistant would not be a career that fits my area of professionalism
It is essential to note that anesthesiologist assistants assist anesthesiologists to conduct procedures in the anesthesiology field. They also administer anesthesia during surgery and assist patients with breathing problems. I lack the knowledge required in the line of my career. The professional line is not well paying, but its requirements are relatively high. I do not have the academic qualifications required for the job. In high school, I did not study science subjects, making me inappropriate for a position in the area of anesthesiology. There are few opportunities in this field. They would not be expected to increase shortly.
Reasons why farm & home management advisors would not be careers that fit my area of professionalism
They would involve advising families and farmers on how to deal with issues that affect homes and farms. They are expected to conduct research, make conclusions, and give recommendations about what should be improved. The lines of professionalism may not be my areas of specialization because they consume a lot of time. Also, there is a lot of work that would be expected to be done, but remunerations would be very low, which would greatly demotivate me. Thus, the negative aspects of the jobs (farm and home advisors) discourage me to study the course that would prepare me to become an advisor. Besides, the projected growth trends of jobs in the two lines of career are average.
Reasons why librarians would not be a career that fits my area of professionalism
Librarians are persons who administer libraries, which may include public libraries, museums, and resource centers in small and large corporations. They perform tasks such as cataloging, lending books, and arranging reading resources. The line of career may not be my area of specialization for various reasons. First, the projected growth rates of employment opportunities are relatively few. This is very worrying because it indicates that there would be few openings in this field in the future. Second, companies offer relatively low wages to librarians compared with other professionals. This discourages me because money acts as an intrinsic motivating factor toward thoughts and actions. Third, the line of specialization does not encourage creativity as it only entails taking care of what is already in the library. Fourth, I do not have the prerequisite skills for the career. Finally, the librarian needs to be committed. A professional in the field may be limited to a library the whole day without having a break.
