After all, the complaint letter was composed with a purpose that the writer wanted to deliver to the politician. Therefore, the author sought solutions to the problems and assumed that the elected members could provide the answers.

It is also necessary to keep the response structured, concise, and easy to understand according to the basics of formal communication. Furthermore, being honest, accountable for actions, and open to suggestions would improve the image of a politician.
