Men are believed to possess an independent outlook on individual autonomy, self-determination, and personal goals, whereas women are said to have interpersonal relationships, understanding, and help others to meet their needs. This is a growing concern for the healthy developmental objective of both men and women and there need to be a balance in the incorporation of this concerns (The authenticity of conflict resolutions. 2002).

Carole Wade, Carol Tavris have explored the field of psychology and the basics of significant and technical thinking. The book “Invitation to Psychology” presents the six areas of learner’s knowledge in the science of psychology: the Self, Body, Mind, Environment, Mental Health and Life are considered as the six areas of science of psychology. This unique way of presenting the theme gives a better framework for thinking about human behavior. It also features a convincing and descriptive straightforward style of presenting gender psychology. These elements further provide a framework for discussing the science of psychology (Wade & Tavris 2006).

Communication is the source by which people come to know things. Communication exhibits an attitude which in turn involves a performance. All human actions have ethical results. Hence it involves moral responsibility. Communicative practices not only replicate ideas but also creates cultural notion of gender. Communication is of great significance when addressing gender issues. A rhetorical message decides what we consider as knowledge, what knowledge we benefit, and what values we adopt. In addition, it directs to an intercultural outlook on gender and communication. It is more perceptive to the reality that men and women’s values and goals differ, and in general their verbal and nonverbal language varies. The trend to assess others culture as mediocre to our own is the most hard obstruct to avoid, especially when applying it to gender communication. So, it is better not to be infuriated by a male’s antagonistic communication style and a person should recognize that it is a style of his identity as an ethnic part of tradition and culture. The effort in developing intercultural communication is the consciousness and esteem, than assessment (Mulvaney. 2005).

Men and women are unlike in many aspects. Besides their sexual dissimilarity, they even differ in passion and the way in which they accept things. Women are superior to men in holding relations, understanding and knowing others, whereas men show their supremacy in holding power and being self determinant. According to scientists, this variation is due to the way in a male and female brains process language. There is an unconvinced notion about the role of genes and biological differences. This is due to the cultural learning, which is more powerful and influential in human beings. The gender dissimilarity is evident few months after the baby is born. By then the social influence is still the minimum. After conducting many studies by eliminating the socio-environmental rules, scholars have arrived at a conclusion that there is a great deal of structural and neurophysiologic variations between male and female brains. Scientists working at a well known university have recently revealed that the brain region in the cortex called inferior-parietal lobule (IPL) is considerably larger in size in men than women. This tends to be larger in the left side than in the right side, whereas in women this unevenness is inverted and not as large as in case of men. The great Scientist Albert Einstein had the same larger portion in his brain. Even many other great personalities in the field of physics and mathematics had the same sort of similarities. So it looks like the IPL’s size links extremely with mental mathematical abilities. The IPL lets the brain to process information from senses in careful concentration and observation. Studies have proved that the right IPL absorbs memory in accepting and influencing the relations and at the same time capability to sense this relationship. This is why women are better than men in identifying human relations and are more capable to focus on specific stimuli. The advantages of women with regard to their verbal skills also create evolutionary sense. When men have the physical strength to compete in the society, women use language to achieve social acceptance. An embryo in its developing stage circulates several hormones and has an immense role in the gender differentiation of the brain. It is said to be the presence of the androgens hormones in the early life that creates a male brain. Therefore, in contradiction the absence of this hormone in its early stages produces a female brain. However recent studies have revealed that the ovarian hormones play a crucial role in determining sexual discrimination. Research in neuroscience has made significant efforts in the 1990s to substantiate the discovery of the real, technically proved anatomical and practical differences between the brains of males and females. Although this could be used as theory in justifying discrimination against women, providentially this has not happened. In fact, these new innovations may help physicians and scientists to determine new thoughts to discover the brain differences in the benefit of treating diseases, alternate procedures in surgeries, etc. More over women and men differ by Y chromosome, but this makes a factual force in the way we react to many things and this can be attributed to the brain chemistry (Sabbatini. 1997).
