Conflicts are an integral part of any process that implies the close interaction between members of a certain team. Furthermore, the functioning of the health care sector and delivery of high-quality medical care could hardly be imagined without any disputable situation that appears because of the complex character of a case. Altogether, conflicts are obviously the main force that introduces significant changes and helps to find new approaches.
