The ability to store a lot of information in them makes them very efficient to be used to store information by very big institutions and companies. These tools are also very easy to use and they have user manuals that are very easy to comprehend and follow. This makes it a favorite choice for millions of people who are semi illiterate. (Yarmosh 2010) These communication tools have advanced features that store, produce and display all types of data starting from photographs, voices, videos and even written words.
