Meeting Objectives:
- Discussing methods of new customer acquisition.
- Incorporating more social media marketing tools.
- Measures to adopt to improve sales.
- Designs for the new logo for the company.
This meeting’s goal is to examine ways to more effectively coordinate our digital marketing strategy so that we can have productive digital marketing ideas and synchronize the strategic plan with the rest of the organization’s mission. During the meeting, we will have an opportunity to discuss different methods that we can employ to have new customers, which social media tools we should incorporate to help market our products, other techniques that we can adopt to increase our sales, and discuss what suggestions people have pertaining the development of a new logo. Each objective will be allocated one hour to give ample time for a thorough discussion. During that period, all in attendance are advised to have their phones in silent mode or switched off to help avoid unnecessary distractions. Washburn stated that phubbing has a more significant adverse impact on employee attention during meetings (Washburn & Billingsley, 2022). The marketing assistant will discuss the various methods we can use to acquire a new customer base. The Social Media Manager will help facilitate the discussion on which social media tools we should incorporate to help us market our products better. The head of the sales department will lead the debate on which styles and techniques we should include to improve sales. Lastly, the head of the creative team will address how the new logo designs should look and concepts that should be incorporated while designing one. This meeting will be held at the conference hall; therefore, all presenting should carry a laptop and ensure they create simple and clean visuals to explain their concepts. The company’s CEO will be present and facilitating the meeting, and therefore everyone is encouraged to be on time.
