As such, the identifiable problem is identified in the context of fulfilling the needs of customers, who would like to have good quality coffee and deserts while moving about their businesses.
Another critical tip suggested by the author is developing clear, strong words that will get people to become excited about your business idea (Toren para. 5). In the proposed drive-through café, the idea that comes across is that the establishment will be interested in offering the best products and services using a blend of innovative concepts with old-fashioned ideas. Such a clearly stated idea, in my view, will get the people to become excited about the business and hence serve as the main selling point.
