It should be said that nowadays it is much easier to do it. The development of different means of transport and computer technologies affords to establish new relations with partners, who have never been known before. That is why leading world corporations and companies look for some new and challenging markets where they will be able to realize their potential. Moreover, new areas are very attractive for leading companies as there will be no severe rivalry as these markets will be new and uninvestigated.
Taking all these facts into account, it is possible to suggest that the Middle East will obtain more and more popularity as one of the main areas of interest for the majority of leading international companies. There are several reasons for such popularity. First of all, it is obvious that countries in this region become more influential and powerful states in the world. Especially actual, this statement is for the countries which are known as the main oil suppliers. These countries are very rich and can afford any project or adventure.
The second reason is connected with the previous one. Having huge budgets, these countries are interested in attracting a great number of different international companies for them to develop the infrastructure of the state. Rulers of these countries can afford huge wastes, and this fact is one of the main factors which attracts different international companies.
It is no use denying the fact that the level of interest will only grow. Expo 2020, which will take place in Dubai (Basit, 2013), can serve as the best evidence of this interest. That is why it is important to investigate all advantages and difficulties connected with the further development of Dubai as an international trading center and the place where a great number of different international exhibitions will take place. Having analyzed the data connected with the further development of the UAE and Dubai, it is possible to make certain conclusions. First of all, it should be said that Dubai World Trade Center gives a great number of different opportunities for organizing different international meetings, exhibitions, and events. Having analyzed its advantages and disadvantages, it is possible to say that the DWTCs strengths seem to be more obvious than its weakness.
Moreover, having outlined the main problems of this center, it is easier to overcome them and find a good solution. Additionally, this work suggests its own corporate strategy for DWTC, which can also promote it’s becoming the leading center of international relations in the world. This strategy consists of several points and includes the most important aspects of the work of this center.
That is why, having taken into account all advantages and disadvantages of the Dubai World Trade Center, it is possible to conclude that it can be an ideal choice within a framework of the development of international relations and infrastructure of the UAE and the whole region.
