Dubai believes that innovation is a ticket to success in the framework of economic and social development. It sees economies and entrepreneurship that are based on innovation as those that can provide an opportunity to enhance competitiveness and reach more achievements. Innovation is treated as a driving force that can make society creative and lead to “full-fledged knowledge-based economies” (“Introduction” para. 1).

This process is tightly connected to the creation of new ideas that can be brought by differentiation in business, health, and educational sectors. The way innovation can enhance economic opportunities for the whole country is considered by Innovation Arabia. It can be seen that professional who are working for the success of Dubai, conduct numerous research projects aimed at the identification of the factors that can make the Arab World better, such as the specific entrepreneurial factors. They can help to design effective and efficient interventions in financial sphere and skill building. Entrepreneurs are encouraged to take into consideration various infrastructure factors to adjust their businesses. Related information is widely discussed by researchers, and people are taught to make use of it, which gives them a good chance to become successful (“Day 2” para. 1).

Thus, it can be said that Dubai does its best to teach its people how to become creative and use innovative ideas in order to promote entrepreneurship. Professionals receive support from researchers and educators who prepare future employees and provide insights on the most critical aspects of entrepreneurship.
