A developed cultural environment is an essential prerequisite for qualitative improvement of labor forces and increasing the efficiency of social production. However, the practice of reforming the economic system determines that in the process of its large-scale transformation, obstacles in the area of culture. The problems can become more acute, the unresolved issues of which can lead to adverse social and economic outcomes. That is, Native Americans may have an unfavorable reaction toward the needs of migrants if the government does not improve the cultural environment. In turn, the government is afraid to invest in education and social assistance grants to refugees because it does not recognize how its regular voters perceive it.
At the same time, a high precondition for strengthening the market economy is the community’s high level of education and academic training. The new influx of labor will be able to assist prevent the aging population and take vacancies. Therefore, the intensification of the processes of economic renewal and social progress of the community depends on whether the administration will be able to appreciate the necessity for cultural change in the state.
If I worked in an organization that deals with the region’s economic growth and create programs for business development, I would pay attention to migrants and refugees. This is necessary to persuade the government to allocate funds for their training and provide them with jobs. To argue the position, I would apply the tools of cultural intelligence. First, I would explain that the concept of cultural intelligence can serve to work effectively and communicate with people from different cultures. It is also essential to note that humans with high cultural intelligence are willing to understand and be sympathetic to others. Thus, if this theory is popularized among the population, it will be interested in fulfilling new labor.
At the same time, I would describe to the government and the public that applying the labor of new employees can positively change business. That is, in this way company can access resources, information, and talent. Migrants in their countries may have developed innovations or have other valuable knowledge and skills that can be used for the community. Moreover, the application of cultural intelligence adds a competitive advantage to the business, improving communication, collaboration, teamwork, and overall productivity.
In addition, the use of migrant and refugee employees can help fill jobs and positively affect the economy. At the same time, if they do not receive work and cannot ensure their existence, a social problem and a gap will arise. That is, migrants will find themselves below the poverty line, which will have a negative effect on both state and criminal economic statistics. Hence, in my opinion, it is better not to allow a gap between citizens’ incomes, but to enable everyone to earn money in an honest way. If a number of refugees or migrants do not have sufficient qualifications to perform so, they can be awarded study grants. Under the terms of the contributions, they are obligation return after training and work to benefit the city that earmarked the funds. Thus, the percentage of highly skilled workers will increase, and labor productivity will improve.
As for how the state’s indigenous people will accept such innovations, the government has an essential role in executing here. In my opinion, it is necessary to hold an open meeting where all the advantages of attracting new employees will be explained to the citizens. Therefore, conscious residents of the town will understand that the number of enterprises will increase under such a policy, leading to the city’s prosperity.
