The alarm system is designed for various types of emergency situations. Verbal announcements and pre-recorded verbal directions used as signals are used to guide employees throughout the evacuation and emergency response procedures. The alarm message is distinctive and comprehensive, formulated in simple directions. For such emergencies as tornado, earthquake, fire, or general evacuation, alarm signals will instruct employees about the nearest exits, the need to evacuate immediately and provide help to those injured.

In the situations of explosions, fire, or any damage to the building, the employees are to gather in front of the building on the sidewalk on a safe distance from the building. The evacuation plans of the buildings must be printed and placed inside the building for easy access to all employees at all times. Training evacuations should be initiated to ensure the employees’ adequate response to the alarm system, evacuation procedures, rescue and medical response, and accounting.
