Event Planning and Execution Strategy
A world-class event to salute the celebrities who merited in the media industries will be organized by Events Unlimited LLC. For a successful organization of this event, several groups of individuals will be hired by the company. They include the administration group, project group, and inspection group.
The Events Unlimited LLC Company will ensure that all the necessary and needed personnel groups are hired for the effective performance of the work. The roles of the above-mentioned personnel include: the administration group will issue decisions as to the course of the work, the project group will closely analyze and then integrate the management’s needs and then implement them, and the inspection group will thoroughly study and inspect every step of the project implementation.

Tracking description and summary
Analyzing the work that has been accomplished → determines the resource used so far → compare the first two to get the difference → track the landmarks far encountered.
The start-to-start related activities
Activities (b) and (c); (c) cannot begin if (b) has not yet begun. The cards must be printed first before quests arrive.
Activities with lag times
Activity (d) is a good example of a lag time activity. It is initiated but halted briefly to complete designing the hall and acquiring accommodation for guests.
The primary links will be closely kept with the employees. Provision of necessary items to make quests comfortable will be highly invested in. satisfaction by all will be our major priority.
Project Management
Events Unlimited LLC intends to arrange an outstanding occasion that is purposed to recognize celebrities and experts from the media industry. These individuals belong to the media industry across the entire Middle to the UAE. To successfully execute this task, the company will take into service a team of management, development, and scrutiny experts, who will work coherently together to ensure a quality and successful event.
In order to ensure a successful and effective occasion, the company will ensure that all the necessary and relevant groups of individuals are hired. These individuals include the administration experts to make the required decisions and manage the entire process, the project experts who will analyze our needs and comprehensively execute the plan, and the inspection expert who will thoroughly scrutinize and examine every step of the preparation.

Determinations of the completed work → resource spent determination → perform analysis of earned value → milestone tracking.
The start-to-start related activities
Activities (vii) and (i) are start-to-start activities; (vii) cannot begin if (i) has not yet begun. The place to put trophies has to be designed first before trophies are acquired.
Activities with lag times
Activity (vii) is a good example of a lag time activity. It is initiated but halted briefly to complete designing the hall and acquiring accommodation for guests.
Contracted quests will be friendly treated and provided with food and beverages. The project will output quality work and meet all the stakeholders’ satisfaction.
