It was calculated that protein intake was about 69.7 g per day. It means that the intake of protein was higher that the recommended intake. Within the intake, the excess protein is broken down to form glucose that is then stored in the body in order to promote the development of energy when glucose levels have decreased. High protein in the diet leads to mainly different types of allergies such as skin allergies. So, there should be a slight decrease in the protein intake.

Fiber intake was found to be 6.1 as compared to the recommended 38g per day. This implies that, cases of constipation, diverticulitis and hemorrhoids are likely to occur. In case the intake of kales, cabbages, pumpkin and water increases, it should be recommended to enhance peristalsis and enlarge the passage of stool. It will reduce cases of anal pouching (Otten, Hellwig and Meyers 371). Considering the achieved results, it is possible to say that the chosen diet is not quite effective, and considerable changes are required to improve personal health.
