The reasons presented below explain why the communication process was effective. To begin with, the manager used correct and clear messages. He used different flyers to educate every employee. Such flyers carried powerful and correct messages. Every person was able to interpret such messages in a proper manner. Our manager used the concept of clarity in order to support the organization’s goals.

Effective business communication should always be courteous. Our manager delivered the targeted ideas in a professional and courteous manner. The manager wanted every person to consider the feelings of his or her teammates. He discouraged different malpractices, such as rudeness and disrespect. This positive practice made it easier for the team to focus on the best practices.

The third reason is that a sense of permanency was established during the process. Our manager wanted every message to be recorded in the minds of the targeted employees. For instance, the manager wanted us to embrace the best relationships. This practice became a common aspect of our organization. Effective communication should always be an ongoing process in every business.

The above event transformed the position of our firm. This experience explains why teams and departments should embrace the best communication processes. The team was ready to focus on the targeted organizational goals. Proper communication became a powerful practice in the business. The level of disagreements in the team decreased significantly.

This development also made it possible for the firm to achieve its goals. Every employee in the company acquired new communication, problem-solving, listening, and decision-making skills. Many employees also began to write precise emails and reports. The firm recorded more profits because of the increasing level of productivity. Business managers should empower their workers. This practice will ensure more employees communicate effectively with one another. Effective communication will ensure every firm becomes successful.
