Such a situation happened due to the growing popularity of fitness and the perception of protein foods as healthier and more useful (Singer, 2018). The most active development in recent years is the production of food that does not contain gluten, as well as products with a low content of salt and sugar. Nowadays, vegetables are beginning to be used in those segments of the market where vegetables were previously not used, or their share was minimal.
