Nowadays, due to globalization and rapidly developing businesses in many industries, it is important to follow trends to be a competitive company. For large organizations with many employees, each worker is part of the mechanism. Thus, it is vital for companies to monitor the skill level of each employee, moreover, to provide the necessary conditions for their development.
My answer to this question has two main parts. The first part is argued by the rule that if a company wants to stay afloat, it is necessary to follow the trends. Today, employee training is practiced all over the world by top companies, which confirms the relevance of this event. Moreover, to achieve the best effect, one needs not only to monitor the implementation of trends but also to improve them. Thereby, one needs to implement such ideas that other companies do not have, which will help one become a leader.
The second aspect of this question is formulated by logical reflection on training and work. It is well known that studying any craft should consist of theory and practice. Otherwise, the learning process will not be effective, and the beginning of work will be difficult and not productive. Corporate training combines both training and practice, as it takes place in the “field” conditions. Thus, training in the company is an integral part of any organization and an essential aspect of the development of the company.
In this context, it is worth noting that each company has its specifics of work, practical strategies, as well as methodologies. To make an employee’s work the most effective, surely, one has to teach the employee all the subtleties. Moreover, to achieve the best result, this should be done in practice under the supervision of a mentor.
