Problem statement
Goals and planning policies are important to any student of any school as to formulate a specific pathway for the determination of stability and development. The achievement of goal is broadly divided into two parts. The first part is denoted as the long termed goal that is already in use or already has been implemented with logical success rates. However, there are quite fair chances that this part would affect the futuristic or formulated part of the planning or in other words could affect the basic implementation of the basics.
To attain the focus correctly on long termed goal it is required to concentrate on the second part, or short term goal, and this is process of steps to attain the long termed goal. However, the problem lies in attaining this short term goal and this needs an amalgamation of part time professional commitment and career success through gaining knowledge through education institution. (O’Riordan, 2001) Thus, time management is needed.
Information for solution
Information should be gathered to solve this problem under the framework of time management skills and it is also needed to understand the site where the information may be obtained. Therefore, it is important to communicate with the superiors in the professional levels and work out the best possible schedule that would allow maximum possible time available for studies. Similarly, another site for aggregating time is the educational institute itself and would be helpful to gather the information that would enable to learn about the flexibility available in learning procedure. (Stone, Nelson & Niemann, 2000)
Advice can also be sought from social groups dedicated to helping students succeed. There are few such social groups on the net, like Orkut communities or Facebook. The social groups are comprised of students with similar problems. (Schmidt, 2007) A friend of mine is a part of this support group since she too is a working student in college. She says that the group gives her a lot of moral support and encouragement and has been a key source of strength in helping her complete her first two years in college while maintaining her professional job. I feel that the group will be good for me as it will give me some sympathetic friends whom I can confide in when the going gets tough. They will also have valuable advice to offer since they too have gone through a similar situation.
A description of the process
First, it is important to assess the entire time available and then it is needed to assort the time in accordance to the need. The timeline and benchmark of the goals follow its own course. The planning includes the evaluation of the steps taken or that are to be followed. The basic evidence of the goal implementation would include the complete status plan of each and every component taken into account and furthermore it would also be taken into account that the basic schedule in terms of time span and the authenticity as per the previously laid down benchmarks would be followed intricately.
This is extremely important as this would set the ball rolling for the team responsible for the goal to be implemented. Any error or miscalculation or diversion at this stage would certainly cause the whole formulation to be erroneous and this would result it to be a complete failure for the long term thereby altering the base cause of the goal which is development of the career by achieving degree. (O’Riordan, 2001)
To implement a better and efficient measure an individual needs to develop a framework that provide a common platform for the problem. This framework would enable to assemble the main problems with the practical feasibility and handle along the day-to-day procedure in a simultaneous approach. By implementing this simultaneous procedure the individual would surely benefit in the context of time management principal.
With an application of this time management principal by the use of simultaneous problem assembling techniques would be able to yield better product out of man hour principal thus would be able to maximize the utility margin by a large scale. It is true that formulation and installation of the solution framework would cost a specific amount in the perspective of time and formulation depending upon the efficiency of the research analysis but once it is implemented the end would yield better harvest in the long run. (Schmidt, 2007)
Use of the information to resolve the problem
College is an amazing learning ground for all of us. It is a whole new world of learning, socializing and exploring new opportunities. It offers us the resources not to just study but also improve our perspective and outlook in life. The Socialization skills that we pick up in college help us in our careers and personal lives in the future it is a world that makes us forget the misery we suffered as victims of abuse.
It is an environment that gives us hope and optimism about the future and the courage to face any problem in future. (Stone, Nelson & Niemann, 2000) Thus, to attain this knowledge it is important to sustain it by committing to part time professional jobs. As a result, it is important to formulate the right balance between professional time and knowledge base. This balance needs the help of time management. Once that is fulfilled by proper formulation the problem would be solved quite easily as in this case discussed in the paper.
