Introduction
In today’s corporate-dominated world, the quality of internal communication and the time spent from decision-making in company management to its actual implementation has become an important differentiator. Some companies develop at a pace that does not contribute to the gradual development of the business environment, which, if carelessly managed, creates a large number of shortcomings in day-to-day management. This case study aims to analyze the possible actions to improve the company’s operational activities to maintain competitiveness.
Main body
On the one hand, as a CEO of a company, I would appoint a specific group of individuals who regularly discuss promising ideas that will be supplied to improve current operations or create future products. In this way, the company would avoid the lengthy process of proposing potential ideas that would help develop the company while maintaining a bureaucratic work structure and entrepreneurial spirit among all employees. On the other hand, I can introduce a special department to monitor the quality of communication could improve the company’s competitiveness (Dermol & ŠIrca, 2018). By giving workers in the new department the ability to review correspondence for managers at almost all levels, the company will be able to gradually improve communication in real-time while constantly analyzing problems and perspectives.
Conclusion
To conclude, the efficiency and speed of communication in a company play an important role in creating a favorable working environment and company growth. In this case study, two options were proposed to renew the effectiveness of idea exchange in such a large company as Google is now. One method is to separate out a specific group of individuals who will research and regularly provide possible ideas to develop or improve the company’s operations. The second method involves the creation of a separate communication improvement department that would analyze the interaction of middle managers, which would create an important basis for the development and adaptation of a new communication system in the company.
