Children, in particular, need to be taught at school how to deal with stress, conflict, and emotions of loneliness. “H.Res.434 – 118th Congress (2023-2024)” will raise public awareness of the issue and improve the health of the teenage population, enabling them to function better and preventing early mortality and chronic diseases. To gain the best results, parents must improve their labeling of teenage mental health. This is because parents or caregivers are the people closest to teenagers and are the first to recognize symptoms.
