The rapid development of technologies and computer-human interactions influences not only the individual experience of a person but also the general conditions of social relations. The main directions of evolution are the business field, world, national economics, and interpersonal encounters. Human-computer cooperation has profoundly changed the quality of people’s lives. The central focuses of the changes are worldwide trade development, alteration of educational systems, and improvement of social communication.
The tendency for the quick creation of successful implementation of computerized technologies into everyday life began at the end of the last century. The central rule includes universal usability of the technology, which grants stable connection between various users in the context of the internet. Such an approach completely changed the learning experience for students worldwide. Additionally, to access the online library catalogs, web searches, and media platforms, the COVID-19 pandemic impacted the educational system, broadening teaching possibilities (Ahmad, 2020). At first, the health situation required guidance for implementing forced learning transformation through visual learning technologies. However, the gradual transition showed that a computerized education system provides exclusive benefits that the face-to-face study process lacks.
Among the advantages is the usage of learning media, which includes more detailed teacher preparation and support during learning activities. Providing feedback on forums and quizzes is a frequent element of online activities that, according to Ahmad (2020), inspires students to become more active during classes. Platforms such as WhatsApp, Zoom, Skype, and Google Classroom offer direct communication between students and teachers, which can help with quicker and more efficient problem solutions. Furthermore, there are benefits of transforming learning models, such as a project-based approach, independent learning, and creative assignment via computer tools (Ahmad, 2020). The assessment process and learning outcomes also provide more flexibility in computerized education—the use of assessment in the form of a student’s portfolio, which includes organized assignments throughout the semester. Consequently, by implementing visual and online learning, students are reported to be highly motivated to improve their abilities independently and collaborate with other students and teachers to accomplish common learning objectives.
In addition to educational benefits, computer technologies changed world economics and trade, improving living conditions and opportunities. The evolving electronic commerce (e-commerce) actively broadens production possibilities, developing market propositions and lowering the cost of products while directly enhancing the state’s economy (Lijuan, 2020). An example of such influence may be China’s economy. According to Lijuan (2020), e-commerce became the pillar of sales income when transactions reached 31 trillion yuan in 2018, accounting for one-quarter of retail sales, while in 2009, the index was only 3.75 trillion yuan. It shows how quickly the new technology can change and improve a state’s economy while simultaneously providing more flexible and affordable prices, worldwide shipping, and reducing pollution of physical stores.
There are also more specific benefits of the technologies, such as fast and far-reaching communication through social media and platforms and diverse, accessible entertainment systems such as music, movies, books, or games. Hence, computer technologies impacted society on many levels. Some of which are less evident than others, gadgets made our everyday life easier, providing means for leisure and shopping as well as shifting the possibilities for more complex matters such as the educational process and national economy. Computers have become an inseparable part of human interactions, and their advantages must be used for a better future for society.
