Introduction

Today, information technologies have become so firmly embedded in life that it is almost impossible to imagine existence without them, and the same can be said about modern business. With the development of technologies, companies began to use various programs and services to automate and simplify the work of some processes. For instance, “Googe” does not refuse such opportunities, uses the latest innovative technologies, optimizes, and accelerates the work of IT processes, and rationally allocates resources in the activities. Consequently, the company has become a multinational leader in the market for Internet services and products. Research of the IT process at “Google” is the key idea to be considered in this paper.

Implementation of Information Technologies and IT Process at “Google”

“Google” is known for its innovative technologies, fast and straightforward search engines, software, equipment, and progressive methods of working and doing business on the world stage. The company continues to solve its goals and objectives by introducing innovative technologies in professional activities and forming a fundamentally new management system. “Google” started small before becoming global but always tried to go beyond the usual and look at situations from different sides.

The firm’s founders have always sought to explore new opportunities and develop potential, challenging traditional managerial thinking. Google is improving and keeping up with the times – employees are developing and implementing more advanced technologies based on artificial intelligence and machine learning in their services. In this case, when sorting Internet content, the firm initially began to implement algorithms for indexing information instead of hiring specialists to edit and research collections of links for specific queries (Beattie, 2020). Largely thanks to machine intelligence, the search engine has changed dramatically since its release (Costa, 2020). Such technologies help filter out spam, get the necessary information, and sort images (Costa, 2020). In addition, the company recently turned to the BERT neural network transformer model to improve its search engine (Koksal, 2019). The technical solution helps to build the search “output” in such a way that the user receives the necessary information.

On the other hand, “Google Translator” is built on a similar principle, allowing users to translate texts from any living language; initially, it was a purely static machine translation. The firm’s staff took into account the existing errors, corrected them, and thereby improved the quality and reliability of translations due to the use of neural machine translation. Moreover, improved natural language processing was able to optimize the voice input capabilities in Google services. Indeed, the smooth operation of other popular products such as “Youtube,” “Google Chrome,” “Maps,” “G-mail,” and others also depend on AI and machine learning. The mechanisms quickly determine the type of content based on the user’s preferences, and integrate the received and transmitted information in the right direction, offering new functions, options, and opportunities. Thus, the company does not stand still but continues to grow and develop following the needs of its customers and modern technologies.

Conclusion

Therefore, the use of the latest technological mechanisms has become a “leading force,” allowing “Google” to move to a new level of organization of activities, create a project management style, and become a role model. The IT process, the search, and implementation of new ideas support the mission of the enterprise, as well as help to reach new heights and transform depending on the conditions. Moreover, the recent experience of implementing innovations from “Google” has positively impacted the firm’s success, and popularity and improved the quality of the service provided, increasing labor productivity.
