Teamwork enables the healthcare facility to work as a whole and avoid minor errors. Decision-making ensures the inclusivity of all the members. It allows innovation and the creation of new ideas, which serve to improve the organization’s effectiveness. Decisions and practical conclusions depend on how health facility professionals come to joint agreements (Brunner et al., 2021). The coordination and control of the different departments and structures have to be collaborated with other beneficial areas to achieve the set standards. Accountability of every aspect of management ensures that the director is answerable to all questions and committed errors. Ensure that the activities were being completed and avoid poor service delivery methods, the usual way to remain. These leadership qualities ensure that the organization is operating under the required mode of action.
