Introduction
In teaching, philosophies can be adopted towards the realization of the best of teaching experience which leads to the realization of goals and delivery of education onto the learner. Great teachers should be expected to give us a sense of the teaching process and ensure that they have been able to become the very best. The teacher is thus very defining in the field of education, and the reason this should be done in the right manner possible (Scovronick & Hochschild, 2004). In that sense, teachers should come up with appropriate principles, teaching methodologies and philosophies which will ensure they deliver education to the learner. Teachers should be able to unlock their energies and have appropriate imaginations as well as mindsets that shall promote teaching experience. Effective teaching is necessary within the teaching process, and this should ensure there has been an adoption of a teaching strategy that ensures there has been the appropriate delivery.
Methods of Teaching with Significance
In teaching, there should be the adoption of appropriate teaching methodologies which have significance and are able to lead to the realization of goals. As we have been able to note above, there shall be a great need of coming up with different principles which integrate a number of methodologies within its practice. As well, there would be the need of ensuring that the best of skills within the level of learning has been passed across to the learner. The skills being passed during the teaching process should be able to address the kind of economy in which such learning process is being delivered. For instance, it would be necessary to provide skills that have the capability of engaging better performance within the society. For instance, the kind of skills for a third world nation should be more detailed on practical skills which can be adopted towards improvement on the economic settings of the society (Bondeson, 2007). This means that a developed nation would be required to teach managerial skills as this is what is needed in such an economy. This is hence necessary and worth considering when designing an instructional structure or strategy.
Instructional Strategy and Technology
When it comes to instructional strategies, there would be the need of having appropriate engagement and use of technology. For instance, as we have been able to note above, it would be necessary to come up with appropriate engagements which will incorporate modern technology so that the best will be used to further this knowledge and skills. With the teaching strategy, it would be appropriate to adopt a technological approach that analyses the major adoptions which have the capability of improving performance (Scovronick & Hochschild, 2004). For instance, the adoption of new technologies such as the use of computers and conferencing can improve the learning process, and such will be effective in ensuring that there has been the realization of goals. In a K-12 classroom setting, there should be the appropriate adoption of learning mechanisms that shall be able to address the major needs of the learners, and also ensure that content and skills have been passed across to the learner.

There are very many different learning strategies that can be adopted within the teaching practice. It would thus be necessary to conduct researches that can come up with methods of engagement that have the ability to affect the literature-based provision of instruction on the learner. This should be done in the best way possible even if it means adopting a number of technological approaches which improve performance within the practice (William, 2007). Basically, this should be able to include scaffolding of the appropriate instruction, coming up with ways of modeling, giving cooperative engagement within the learning process, motivating positive choices from the students, encouraging self-initiated writing as well as reading also ensuring that there has been the passage of rightful knowledge and skills has been achieved within the teaching process. Basically, any kind of teaching and instructional strategy should be able to deliver and address the major needs of the learner.
