Methods of Teaching with Significance

In teaching, there should be the adoption of appropriate teaching methodologies which have significance and are able to lead to the realization of goals. To begin with, an effective teaching process should be able to pose compelling issues and questions which bring in reasoning, and thus there should be the provision of possible directions that urges the teachers to have appropriate adoptions which promote the realization of educational goals. It is the duty of the teacher to ensure that they have been able to push themselves in a manner that will as well push the students so that there can be a memorable and fruitful learning experience (Robinson, 2003).

In the teaching of a secondary school, it would be necessary to have a number of adoptions that should be aimed at the realization of goals in the teaching practice. In that sense, there would be the necessity of a teaching principal, a teaching methodology and a teaching strategy that shall be able to provide a moderate instructional strategy (Robinson, 2003). This will be done by having a philosophy that defines the kind of engagement and teaching procedures which shall be adopted in the teaching process. In a secondary school, different students will aim at having different career paths, and hence the kind of teaching process which is provided to the learner should be able to define the goals of specific learners. An instructional strategy for teaching comes up with an adequate portfolio and lesson planning. This is necessary for making sure that the kind of engagement that has been adopted for the teaching process has been able to create chances for the learner.

The methodology should also be able to define the major engagements within the teaching practice. The teaching methodology as well defines the instructional engagement within the teaching practice. This should be done in a manner that makes it possible to address the major needs of different students within the schools (Robinson, 2003). The need for an instructional strategy defines the kind of teaching engagement that gives the relationship between the learner and the student. The student shall be able to benefit from the strategy if the teacher has been able to employ it adequately. In a secondary school, there should be an adequate understanding that the principle of the teaching process is able to give benefit to the learner and as well be able to be in line with the curriculum requirements which has been set in place.

Role of Teachers in the Principle

The adoption of a teaching principal and an instructional strategy is necessary as a role of the teacher in ensuring that there has been the realization of goals within the teaching process. To begin with, it is the duty of the teacher to have ways of staging and also ensuring that the philosophies and principles can promote the realization of goals. This means that the teacher should be able to adopt appropriate teaching principles which promote leadership and the teaching process. The role of the teacher is that he should be able to perform all relevant duties and adopt new variables which promote the realization of teaching goals (Robinson, 2003). In the teaching methodology and process, the very first thing is to incorporate a teaching philosophy that has the capability of aligning the major approaches which have the capability of promoting the organizational education process. In that sense, it shall be the duty of the teacher to deliver, and this has to be done through the integration of the major processes and strategies which have already been put in place. Within a secondary school setting, this has to be done in the best manner possible so that the learner is able to benefit from such a form of study.

Spread of Principle Use in Teaching

Over the few years, there has been the need of ensuring that there have been improved engagements and teaching principles that have been adopted in a manner that addresses the teaching process and ensures that there has been the extensive use of such strategies in order to improve the delivery of teaching experience on the learner in different K-12 schools environment in the United States (Scovronick & Hochschild, 2004). Within the federal government, it has been a major requirement that major states come up with adequate engagements which ensure that all teachers and education individuals and superintendents have been able to come up with teaching philosophies that have the capability of engaging appropriate teaching methodology and strategies which comes up with instructional mechanisms, and by so doing making it possible to achieve goals within the teaching process. In that sense, in the country, there has been the widespread use and adoptions of mechanisms ensure that different principles, philosophies and teaching instructional strategies for better education delivery. As well, different parts of the world have been able to adopt similar teaching philosophies, and such have been able to spread positive learning experiences (Robinson, 2003). However, there has been a great need of ensuring that there has been the adoption of appropriate engagements which address the various needs and demands of specific individuals within the secondary schools. This is the rightful approach towards ensuring there has been the gain of a highly developed teaching process which comes with the greatest gains to the learner and also to the society.

According to the number of studies that have been done, it has been proved that education is very appropriate since it ensures that there has been the development of teaching processes that can adequately improve the realization of goals (Bondeson, 2007). While some of the third world nations have been unable to adopt such principles, there has been a great need of ensuring that there has been the adoption of these valuable measures which comes up with intelligent engagements and portfolios designed at the realization of goals. This means that policies and guidelines will have to be put in place so that the best of gains can be achieved within the teaching process. When such kind of adoption has been done, it becomes possible to have rules which govern the process. Teachers will be mentored with adequate philosophies which determine the kind of performance which should be adopted. As well decisions that favor the business shall be adopted, and hence the eventual outcome is in the realization of teaching goals. In the United States, High School Education has been of great importance, and thus there has been the great need of ensuring that principles, instructional strategies, and philosophies define the kind of education passage within the country (Scovronick & Hochschild, 2004).

Meeting the Needs of a Diverse Population

So as to have excellent provision of education on the students, the principal should be able to come up with an instructional strategy that is designed for the specific population and learner. In that sense, it would be appropriate to have different engagements which shall address the major needs of different individuals and learners from different backgrounds. To begin with, it would be necessary to have a teaching principle that is individual-designed. This is the case because appropriate engagements and instructions should be aimed at different students who have different needs. For instance, there are special needs that should be met with students having specific needs, and such include the people with different disabilities (Scovronick & Hochschild, 2004). This principle and strategy should be able to come up with a design approach which means that the major needs of such students in the schools shall be appropriately catered for.

For instance, students having hearing disabilities and another having eye problems shall need specified interventions. It would hence be necessary to have similar adoptions within the teaching instructions and principles so as to address the major needs. This should be the first thing of consideration when thinking of an instructional strategy (Bondeson, 2007). As well, different individuals or learners from different minority societies and cultures will be in need of special attention which estimates their understanding capability, and their aptitude (Robinson, 2003). This is worth considering as it ensures that major adoptions have been able to meet such individualized needs. This becomes the rightful approach which has the capability of making sure that there has been the realization of the best of goals within the teaching process. It would hence be the great duty and role of the superintendent to come up with adequate engagements and analysis which ensures that all forms of philosophies, mottos, missions and visions have been adopted in a manner that shall address the major needs of specific individuals within the learning process.

Knowledge and Skills Taught

As we have been able to note above, there shall be a great need of coming up with different principles which integrate a number of methodologies within its practice. In the secondary education system of education, it should be appropriate for the instructional strategy to be able to come up with knowledge and skills which the student should be able to gain. One of the first knowledge shall be in the reason as to why the teaching is being carried out on him or her. This creates a sense of awareness, and this ensures that the learner is clearly confident about what he is up to. As well, there should a provision on the major issues which are part of the curriculum. It is necessary for the learning institution to come up with a portfolio and regulated modes of practice that should be adopted within the learning process (Robinson, 2003). Such kind of provision ensures that the outlined content has been delivered to the learner. This is one of the major considerations which should be adopted during the designing of teaching philosophy and an instructional strategy so that the best of knowledge and understanding can be passed on to the learner.

As well, there would be the need of ensuring that the best of skills within the level of learning has been passed across to the learner. The skills being passed during the teaching process should be able to address the kind of economy in which such learning process is being delivered. For instance, it would be necessary to provide skills that have the capability of engaging better performance within the society. For instance, the kind of skills for a third world nation should be more detailed on practical skills which can be adopted towards improvement on the economic settings of the society (Bondeson, 2007). This means that a developed nation would be required to teach managerial skills as this is what is needed in such an economy. This is hence necessary and worth considering when designing an instructional structure or strategy.

Instructional Strategy and Technology

When it comes to instructional strategies, there would be the need of having appropriate engagement and use of technology. For instance, as we have been able to note above, it would be necessary to come up with appropriate engagements which will incorporate modern technology so that the best will be used to further this knowledge and skills. With the teaching strategy, it would be appropriate to adopt a technological approach that analyses the major adoptions which have the capability of improving performance (Scovronick & Hochschild, 2004). For instance, the adoption of new technologies such as the use of computers and conferencing can improve the learning process, and such will be effective in ensuring that there has been the realization of goals. In a K-12 classroom setting, there should be the appropriate adoption of learning mechanisms that shall be able to address the major needs of the learners, and also ensure that content and skills have been passed across to the learner.

Conclusion

There are very many different learning strategies that can be adopted within the teaching practice. It would thus be necessary to conduct researches that can come up with methods of engagement that have the ability to affect the literature-based provision of instruction on the learner. This should be done in the best way possible even if it means adopting a number of technological approaches which improve performance within the practice (William, 2007). Basically, this should be able to include scaffolding of the appropriate instruction, coming up with ways of modeling, giving cooperative engagement within the learning process, motivating positive choices from the students, encouraging self-initiated writing as well as reading also ensuring that there has been the passage of rightful knowledge and skills has been achieved within the teaching process. Basically, any kind of teaching and instructional strategy should be able to deliver and address the major needs of the learner.
