In other words, from the point of view of cooperation, it is this model that is aimed at maximizing the satisfaction of the needs and achieving a comfortable environment for employees (Douglass, 2021). From a management point of view, the leader needs to treat subordinates as the most valuable and important part of the project, not as one of the many resources.

The AGILE model can be used in project management at the planning and tasking stage (Boutstani et al., 2020). This strategy is easy to use because its integration does not require additional knowledge or specialists, as well as costs.
