Owing to Oracle Database usage, DOHMS human resources management obtained many benefits in terms of data collection and convenience of references. The choice of Oracle may be considered right. Before the changes were implemented, nobody could guarantee that private information was accurate and pertinent. An employee could change their domicile, name, and so on, but the irrelevant information remained. The fourth area in which the implementation of MIIS was advantageous is mailbox management. Again, it was connected with the level of security and human resources. It is only natural that some employees quit. Ideally, a system should display such changes immediately. In the case of MIIS, this principle was present. Previously, data on users who were not employed anymore remained, but after the innovation was developed, mailboxes entered upon registration could be automatically deleted if necessary.
