This will help the managers to understand the merit of the employees and the weak points of the employees (Mason 117-119). The employees can work on their weak points if specifically mentioned. This will be one of the big helps to the cause of the company itself. With statistical theories like multiple regression and non-parametric statistics, we also can clearly find out the balance sheet of the organization.

In the recent times, competition is growing in all the sectors. And corporate sector is one of the most competitive paces to be. The companies always try to earn more revenues and to stay ahead of any competition they come across. To do this they even employ many tactics and one of the tactics is to push the employees hard. But this can really backfire if we look through the perspective of organization behaviour strategy.

The most important part of any organization is their work force and to stay in the business, it is important to look after the employees as well as to think of the development of the company. The employees need to be motivated throughout their stint with the company so that they can give their best efforts to do their jobs. Organizational behaviour is some thing that prompts the employees to go to the work regularly and successful implication of this also allows them to give their best for the company they are working for. Another important aspect of Organizational Behaviour is to choose the right job for the right person and this is a huge responsibility for the managers. If a person is in the right job for his character and experience he will do the job in a better way, but if the job does not suit him in any ways, he will resort to do the job in many ways (Rondinelli 85-98).
