Opportunities

There is a strong business demand environment and this presents a good opportunity for the company to increase sales. Desktop and server sales have not been fully exploited and the company can tap into this market segment because it has a great potential to drive sales.

Threats

The impact of various changes that might be witnessed in the market demand for information systems is a big threat to the company’s growth. Competitive information system products are coming up every day and the company needs to be innovative and strategic because this is a threat (PC Connection Express 2011, p. 23). The market is choosy on products and the company might be forced to invest a lot in market research to be relevant. Competitive pricing pressures might reduce company revenues because they will be forced to respond to such market forces and realities (FatWallet 2011, p. 32).

The company helps other companies to manage their IT environments and this market will continue to grow as time goes by. All in all, the company has a consistent growth in sales and revenues which can be attributed to its management that has been strategic in its business moves and decisions (PC Connection Express 2011, p. 54). The company’s management is based on rapid response provision of services. Talent management has always been behind the company’s success and this has been done through a good framework that taps the right talent from the market. The company has an experienced management team that incorporates all employees in decision making by occasionally seeking their opinions.
