A research is essential before any work is started. The entire group will be meeting in a weekly basis to review the progress. In the meeting, members will also be required to report any problem they encounter and possible solutions generated by the group. Communication about the meeting will be through phone and mail.

For effective completion of the activity, the group will need to have internet resources to assist them in their research, as well as, questionnaires which will assist them in data collection during interviews. Computers and maybe a projector will be crucial for PowerPoint presentation. The members might require some cash for travelling purposes.
