The most important criteria of a presentation is personality and own understanding of information. Sometimes, a person is unable to deliver the presentation clearly and starts circling around the material and concepts. This will become evident through repetition and presentations that are too mixed up in content and order. The various other instances include people stalling and finding proper wording in the moment. Since no one wants to have a bad presentation, people start trying too hard and this leads to the information being skewed and difficult to comprehend. Mumbling and repletion comes into place and the presentation loses clarity and informative qualities (Theobald, 2013). The design of learning and presenting is also meant to benefit people watching, and knowing that the presenter is unaware of the information and concepts, parts the viewers.

There are always proper methods to giving a presentation, which lead to choices of the presenter. The most important part of the presentation is the organization and control of the material. When a demonstration is being gathered and put together, sorted, a person chooses a general theme that guides the whole work. Being too mixed up in the themes and planning puts a strain on the work and shows that the person is not ready to answer questions and feel the intricate nature of the work to full extent (Theobald, 2013). But being too sure will also lead to presenting problems, as a person who has over-confidence in their presentation will show that the presentation is based on their own characteristics and individuality, instead of the information that is being presented.

One of the most important advices to presenters is being knowledgeable and confident in the information being delivered. A person must be aware of their surroundings and the type of people listening on the information. It is crucial to feel what the audience demands and how to present the material. Sometimes, a specific situation will require certain words to be said. People might be interested in their personal gains or what the presentation will input into the bigger scope of things. The delivery must be timely and organized, as people need a structure to follow and background information to rely on. The organization is greatly connected to the voice and tone of the presenter. Clear organization, along with easy to understand language, appropriate for people listening, is a key point of the presentation (Theobald, 2013).

One of the most important goals of a presentation is the acknowledgement that it is being produced for the contact with the audience, fascination with the interests, aligning it to the needs of people and predicting their expectations. Even in case something goes wrong, the presenter must be able to move along and continue as if nothing has happened, making sure that the information is relayed in the most adequate and clear format. This sort of deliverance will make mistakes unnoticeable and will still produce understanding o f the key concepts of the presentation. It is the goal of any presenter to establish a direct contact with people and find the common ground.
