One of the most important parts of a project is its final output. In order to calculate it, management needs to successfully implement the scoring system into the design process. This can be done with the help of a strategy of distribution of duties. In this case, the manager will be able to get a complete picture of the final look and benefits of the product. This will allow developing in advance the necessary criteria and aspects according to which the assessment will be made (Mancini & Mariani, 2021). Stage includes analysis of the target audience, pricing in the market and identifying the main competitive advantages of the project being developed. After the product is completed, the staff needs to ensure that it is effective. In order to do this, the most appropriate tool is the software testing strategy. The introduction of the stage of verification and test use will make sure how well the project was implemented by specialists (Clegg et al., 2020). At the same time, it will allow to identify the weak points of the product before the start of sales and entry into the market.
A separate vital element is the identification of stakeholders in the project. Among them, it is necessary to single out investors who rely on making a profit and the success of the product. The next group is the managers and the company that created the project. For them, it is important that the product be as productive as possible for the industry, since the company endures the costs during the development stages (Meredith et al., 2020). The leader or project manager must be guided by ethical considerations when interacting and communicating with these parties. In order to meet the needs and increase the efficiency of development, the leader must show respect for those who finance the process (Grit, 2021). Another important norm for the leader is the choice of non-immoral guidelines and methods for achieving the set goals. Finally, it is necessary to strictly observe the agreements and deadlines, avoiding deception or fraud in the conduct of the project (Barrett, 2021). Finally, it is necessary to report on the financial situation in a timely manner in order to build confidence and a sense of reliability.
