Introduction

Discussion
Healthcare advocacy becomes an important aspect of ensuring that the health policy becomes enacted due to several benefits that follow its implementation. Advocacy of the policy enriches the level of response towards health care provision to patients in various capacities. The patients would receive certain support from unlicensed individuals and hence help save lives. Additionally, the policy would mean that the health care quality in terms of inter-hospital transfer during severe cases improves to maintain the health care system for the patients (Tulane University, 2021). In relation to population health, there is enhanced provision of primary care to the patients since health care has become a diverse system.

The ANA code of ethics that relates to the nurses again becomes significant concerning this bill. There is an increase in the scope of activities registered nurses can do in the capacity that certified nurses are absent. Some of these provisions under the bill include that the codes of ethics allow the nurses to give certain medications and home-based care to individuals ensuring that health care becomes diverse and widely accessible to everybody, including people in the detention facilities.
