The teaching process has a significant amount of waste regarding the excess number of teachers dedicated to sports training compared to math and technical subjects. Despite the prevalence and importance of academic subjects, physical education classes command a higher number of trainers and time within the school’s schedule. These teachers require compensation and room to train their students, repurposing useful space and resources. Despite the benefit of sports and physical education activities, students are primarily employed based on technical subjects. To minimize waste, the number should be reduced to accommodate an appropriate teacher-student ratio.
Furthermore, physical education classes should be reduced to a weekly occurrence and conducted in an open field, leaving school rooms for education purposes. Additionally, to reduce waste regarding brain drainage, sports teachers should be trained in Math and technical subjects, thus ensuring future generations have the requisite skills to compete in the professional world. Therefore, the vast number of trainers should be moved to academic subjects, increasing the teacher-student ratio in the academic field, and providing students with more academic opportunities.
