According to Strengths Finder, I am very skilled at communication. This talent helps me to settle difficult situations with the help of words and I think it will be useful when I’ll be the manager. As for team building, I am very fond of organizing different projects and it is very interesting for me to work in a team. Risk management is one of my strongest talents. I am a very risky person which is preferable for people working in the business. Business without risk is impossible. Every work presupposes different levels of risk. I like to work with financials as far as I am a calculating and accurate person. As for leadership, this talent is evident in all areas of my life. When I do something, I do all my best to achieve the best results and be at the top. I like to organize other people’s work and provide pieces of advice that help them to work more effectively. In fact, this test helps me to realize that I want to be a manager. Nevertheless, it doesn’t show me my drawbacks which are necessary to work on.

I want to work in a reliable company such as Apple as far as I am very interested in modern technologies. I want to be a sales manager where my financial skills and communication talents will be very profitable for me and help me to achieve good results. More than that, my talents and the position of sales manager in this company guarantee me a promotion track. A sales manager works in the team and generally with the human resource department. More than that, a sales manager is the representative of the company who makes contracts with clients that is why my communication skills will be very useful for this position. The analysis of my talents helps me to choose the most appropriate work for me and be on the way to the realization of my goals.
