There are hence, priority health areas that every person requires extra attention to improve and maintain nature’s equilibrium of the steady state of health.

In developing a health plan, various factors become of interest to ensure that they indicate the safety indicator of promoting good health. The ability to have normal and better health is not merely attributable to the absence of a disease but the coordination of maintaining mental well-being and the physical nature that correlates with the social factors in the environment. Developing a health plan becomes essential to identify the areas that need special attention. These areas could be the ones that literary affect the individual’s progress in life and constantly lead to various constraints that cannot let the individual progress. These areas are the most vulnerable yet most neglected since everybody tries to stay within their confines, combating their problems individually without seeking help. The article will focus on stress reduction, nutrition and fitness.

Stress Reduction

Stress becomes one of the most crucial aspects of health, and to signify how important health is, there is the designation of a world mental health day to help people battle the various situations they undergo. Failure to maintain a stress-free life causes the same conditions, and one becomes vulnerable to adverse effects. The area becomes a key area to address to ensure that all the other areas or functions of the body are working in tandem with each other without any complications that may lead to hindrances. In this case, the most important factor to consider is minimizing the vulnerability to the various chronic infections to which one might expose themselves (Amanvermez et al., 2020). These infections greatly depreciate our health statuses and affect the overall function of the body’s coordination with other activities. Their productive levels are reduced, and they face serious effects regarding their normal daily living.

There is also the part that involves maintaining high-profile cognitive functions. This area is key since almost everybody requires a high cognition to be familiar with their surroundings and work productivity. Stress relievers become a key area to look at and try as much as possible to maintain healthy standards. According to (Yu et al., 2018), some areas that would greatly improve in a stress-free person include having a night of better and proper sleep, decreasing incidences of high blood pressure, improving digestion and boosting the immune system.

Some long-term consequences of stress include several factors that may grow with time if unchecked. These conditions that continue to worsen include high blood pressure, high cases of cardiac diseases and related cases of diabetes and obesity (Kassymova et al., 2018). A particular determinant is that most people with stress will tend to maintain a sedentary lifestyle, failing to expose themselves to the various means of reducing body fat. Obesity sets in, and these people are more predisposed to heart-related conditions. The reaction to poor health becomes very alarming, and the person’s emotional health becomes adversely affected. These individuals become very easily agitated and more frustrated with small things (Kassymova et al., 2018). They find it very hard to concentrate on the various activities they are engaged in since they cannot think productively and find simple solutions to their conditions.

Relevant individuals can develop various health strategies to help combat these areas and improve overall health. Some of the various ways that become befitting to help one fix mental health problems include starting small exercise processes to drain the energy somewhere else. These coincide with the fact that they will lead need people close to them to help them combat these hard situations they face fast enough to avoid progression from one level to another. The inclusion of guided meditation allows one to grow as fast as possible since they become crucial in distracting the mind away from the stress factors; hence one focuses on the goals at hand.

One particular goal that would be very crucial in this kind of problem would be trying to at least talk to someone close. The specific goal pertains to finding someone one can reach at any time when faced with a mental breakdown. The next step would be keeping these people informed of every factor they face to ensure they are well aware of the strategies they need to use to find long-lasting solutions, not just temporary ones (Kassymova et al., 2018). Maintaining that therapy session should be the main priority since these individuals become stress relieved when they have someone to share their sorrows with and not just drowning by themselves.

Nutrition

Another neglected part becomes the health area that everyone keeps on assuming that they are good when they are not. Many people are faced with problems of malnutrition. The term is very familiar to at least a large percentage of people. However, the only difference would be in deciphering the meaning. Malnutrition can result from both over and underfeeding. Most people relate this condition to lacking food which is not the case (Ueshima et al., 2021). The associated health conditions present themselves include micronutrient deficiencies and cases of obesity. There is also the case of much-reduced levels of immunity since individuals cannot combat the various illnesses that they have regarding their weakened immune state.

The long-term consequences involved aspects of vulnerability to various health problems. Each disease that attacks individuals becomes fatal since the various defense mechanisms cannot keep them at bay. The individuals’ cellular and humoral responses become adversely depreciated to the extent that very simple illnesses become very serious and difficult to treat (Guigoz and Vellas, 2021). The various strategies that one can employ are trying to maintain a normal healthy diet. In most cases, daily accessing highly nutritious foods becomes a problem. These people can be helped to identify the readily available foods that are present without having to strain themselves to provide things that they cannot afford and will affect their mental health.

The goals need to be met in this part of health care education and increasing awareness of self and others of the various substitutes. The knowledge becomes befitting since these people will have food that is quite accessible and adversely improve their health conditions relative to other factors such as stress. The people have a simple target of maintaining the number of glasses of water they drink daily (Ueshima et al., 2021), how these people avoid fatty foods that might expose them to heart-related conditions and adhering to the aspects of the food pyramid. The food allocation system will help measure the correct food quantities they need to ensure they follow to avoid excessive damage to their health.

Fitn ess

The area coincides with the maintenance of exercise daily to avoid some health conditions people could avoid. Lack of keeping fit makes people develop problems related to blood pressure and gaining too much fat. Obese levels set in, and these people start experiencing tough times maintaining normal living standards (Hendry et al., 2018). These people cannot perform simple tasks since they lack strength. Some diseases also set in, mostly ones related to the heart since there will be much fat deposition in the heart region, causing conditions such as atherosclerosis. This factor needs much befitting consideration to take a small baby step and maintain the levels to make sure that it becomes a habit for them.

Some of the goals that one can formulate in this case would be starting little steps to doing exercise on a daily routine. The steps need not be very aggressive but simple as just trying to jog a little bit or walking some distance daily to help burn down some calories in the body. If individuals start this and maintain it, it is a high possibility that it will bring nature and a habit to them since it will be part of their lifestyle (Hendry et al., 2018). The individuals will find themselves having stronger immunity and the ability to combat many infections they face. Incorporating gymnasiums would also be a great benefit since there would be a controlled program of areas to work on and ensure that one improves them with time.

Some of the positive outcomes that emerge in these three identified areas include the maintenance of a healthy lifestyle free from diseases that hinder progress in general. The goals would impact my life since my cognitive functions greatly improve, allowing me to focus on other productive areas without looking back at the various consequences. The state of mind becomes very clear, and one can associate oneself with healthy living standards that they find befitting and make them happy each day and in every situation that comes their way (Hendry et al., 2018). The outcomes hence make very sure and necessary steps to help meet the goals as soon as one faces the challenges. These goals are time-dependent for one to find the most probable long-lasting and effective solutions.

One of the many aspects that I have learned includes the fact that various health determinants are interconnected, and when one is affected, it also affects the rest. I can undertake a majority of tasks provided that there is adherence to time to ensure that I note the progress. There is the part of self-growth that sets in, which helps in the process of doing the research and making comparisons between different articles and journals.
