The main focus of the company lies in its customers and employees. If they are skilled and well-trained, getting a higher position and better salary is not a problem for them. All they need is to prove that they are devoted to their company and willing to work for its success.

The company’s commitment to customer satisfaction and quality has earned “highest-ranking” status in numerous awards this year. T-Mobile was awarded by J.D. Power and Associates which is the leading conductor of independent customer satisfaction and product quality surveys. Because of high quality of services the number of the customers keeps growing every day: “it (the company) has around one million “data access” customers, and is hoping that this will more than double by the end of next year” (Matt Dickinson 4).

The customers of T-Mobile expect the company to deliver to them the hottest products as well as the best plans and new services. Innovation means a lot for the company’s success that’s why fresh ideas and interesting proposals are always of great interest to the management of T-Mobile. The world of wireless connection is very promising and exciting and those who want to be involved in this dynamic industry belong to T-Mobile.

The company is offering young people to start their careers with a winning team. What matters for working in the company is a desire to be a part of a friendly team, ability to work hard for your own good, courage to take risks and spirit of adventure. They are advising the beginners to be people they want to business with and this will be the first step on starting their career at T-Mobile.

It’s not a secret that the company has twenty customer service centers where motivated people are given a possibility to work hard and to build the career they have always dreamt about. There exist three types of service centers. They are customer care, financial care and technical support. Again, this sphere offers more opportunities to the bilingual beginners with fluent English and Spanish.

You can also try yourself in such spheres as Engineering, Information Technology, Product Development, Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Legal and Real Estate as well as Business operations. As it was mentioned before, marketing is a vital element of the company’s success that’s why advertising, corporate communications and market research are of great importance for a normal functioning of the company.
