Proper use of technology in the warehouse, which ensures FIFO standards, also plays an important role in increasing the organization’s status. Technology has a number of uses. It increases efficiency, reduces workload, human power, and also helps in improving customer service. A proper technology system helps in the growth of the organization and also reduces risk factors. ICS SR has gained sufficient popularity and is now being widely used in a number of fields. Customer service can be improved by providing their required information in less time.
