The acquisition of Chapters by Indigo describes the expansion of a single entity and means to have a new structure which will be applicable for a larger firm. Though both share the same nature of product line, managing a small production from a bigger one is largely different. Consequently, a change for a more organizational structure should be adapted by Heather Reisman.
