How is your goal related to your rationale?

The goal of the plan is to promote the usage of contraceptives in sexually active girls, especially those aged between 16 and 18. The objective behind this goal is that the right education with regard to sex will enable girls to desist from engage in unsafe sex practices. The plan aims at increasing the level of functional knowledge and essential skills, which are related to the objective of increasing awareness of the negative impacts with regard to teenage pregnancies.
