Finally, the new technological approach allowed Lisa and Ruben to employ the workers via the Internet by providing some assignments and tests.
The owners teach Club IT members how to organize and to run the business and how to use information technologies to increase profits and involve the members in Club IT management. Owing to the fact that the hardware technologies are updated dramatically, it becomes much cheaper and faster. Further, Club IT managers plan to create a modern image of the organization by providing a broadband connection with the customers. Such function would allow keeping in constant touch with the clients and would add to the development of information broadcasting. In addition, there is the necessity to modernize the sphere of e-commerce in order to gain a competitive advantage. It is explained by the fact that that Club IT target clients are mostly the representatives of the young generation so that they are regular users of wireless communication.
Taking into consideration the above-mentioned, it is important to focus on online shopping referring both to the suppliers and to the individual consumers and to apply new eCommerce technologies such as business-to-business and business-to-customer service (Rainer, Kelly and Turban E 164).
