Introduction

There are two more offices which belong to the manager and the assistant manager respectively. The computers in the manager’s and the assistant manager’s office have both access to the internet equipped with MS Office 98 and accounting packaged like MYOB these two computers also run the booking and billing software from the server. In the lobby of the building, there is a Pentium III running on windows 98 computer which assists customers with buying access time and check their email and also browse the net. The Fort Meyers high-rise consists of fourteen more floors of residential apartments. Each floor having four apartments to together with a staff’s computer, and all the residential PCs must are wired into the network so the residents can also access internet.The assistant manager desires to improve the network to be able to reap the benefits of a e-commerce application and market the apartment building also being able to accept online bookings and payment. The utilization of the above components and requirements is equally important in enabling the system to acquire high working stability while it performs its tasks at unprecedented higher speed. As we go through technology dynamic environment, P4 Intel’s and P4 microprocessor components are quite essential in our work. It is of an added advantage in our systems since it can perform effectively both with laptops for the officials as well as desktop computers that will be found within public area of the premise. For the purposed of printing colored documents in the business in small scale an expensive and big printer is not necessary I recommend a medium sized printer. Most common printers now days are in two types the inkjet (prints using ink) and Toner printers (uses laser to print)
The toner printer is much faster in comparison to the inkjet and its print quality is better than the inkjet.

Business choice and its Explanation
Based on the disclosed data and information for the computer technology systems, I would prefer to get engaged in the business of installation and repair work rather than having to sell the computers and their accessories. This comes after much considerations and analysis of several factors needed for a success initiation and the subsequent running of the business. First and foremost, there is no capital requirement to offer these services, while on the other side of computer and accessory selling, it is estimated that I should have to part with at least $ 200 which might be not readily available for the investment. Secondly, there are certainly specific skills needed in the operation of any business. According my understanding on this, I have already acquired the skill needed for the installation of the systems which is a core determining factor for the success of the business, however, venturing in the other business type of selling and distribution of the computers and their accessories, it requires, or demands a preliminary training, which means it impossible to take off the business immediately. The immediate beginning on selling of computers and their accessories is a risky jobs, as I lack most of the knowledge and skills needed in the determining the performance of the business, this implies that, there is likely hood of running the business at loss. It is a not ease for me to commence on the computer sales for lack of most of the legal requirements needed in the running of such a business. This is an additional cost adding up actual costs of the initial stock needed to commence on the business. Though I am fluent and well acquitted in the negotiation for installation service that I offer, the negotiation protocol for selling of the computers might be quite different, considering that certain incentives must be offered to maintain the clients unlike in case of offering installation services whereby the clients are mostly compelled by the circumstances to pay for my services in order to continue enjoying the connectivity services.
The other drive for adoption of this kind of business is that, most people lack the skill of installing the systems; hence, the services are well paying without having to make much price negotiations. It can be noted that there many different components being used and the every single damage of one system create the need for my services.
